Who's the expert behind this site?
Jeremy Kenerson is the expert behind this site. He led his own digital agency before he built DeskTeam360. After a 6-week project stretched to 18 weeks, he built the Client Expectation Framework.
His company's About page puts his early years this way: "200+ Freelancers managed personally by Jeremy before building DeskTeam360." It also says he spent over $1 million on outsourcing, learning what works.
In 2018 he founded DeskTeam360, where he's Founder and CEO. He counts 13 years in business, since 2013. He hosts weekly calls for all clients.
What does DeskTeam360 do?
We do SEO work for agencies, and it goes out under the agency's brand. We cover on-page SEO. We don't do link building or outreach.
We call our way of working the Office-Based Insourcing Model. Every team member works from one office, and a team leader works there with them. Month after month, you work with the same designers, developers and technical Virtual Assistants.
The same team builds emails, funnels, landing pages, social content and video cuts, and does white label web design and website care. We don't offer paid ads work. We work with agencies in any US state, online.
On every plan you get 2 developers, 2 designers and 2 technical Virtual Assistants. A team leader works with the team. You also get a North American account manager, and our founder joins 2 weekly group calls. Revisions are unlimited on every plan.
